Cookout Con Las Compas
Cookout Con Los Compas was a Denver community barbecue fundraiser bringing together chefs Manny Barella, Erasmo Casiano, Johnny Curiel, and Michael Diaz de Leon to support the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition. I shoot food and event photography in Denver, focusing on editorial, in-kitchen, and hospitality work that captures live fire cooking, movement, and crowd energy. This shoot documented the full event carnitas, asada, tacos, and the line around the block for social, editorial, and community storytelling.
