Chicken Riot is a Denver-based fast-casual concept from the team behind Riot BBQ, focused on smoked chicken with bold Texas barbecue technique and Mexican influence. I shoot food photography in Denver, focusing on editorial, in-kitchen, and hospitality work that captures fire, texture, and the energy behind the food. This shoot documented Chicken Riot’s smoked chicken dishes and menu development for use across social and early brand storytelling.
