Crafter approached me to evaluate their subscription model’s purchase funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversions. After analyzing the existing flow, I designed a new system that guided more customers through the funnel, reducing drop off and optimizing the checkout experience.
As part of this revamp, Crafter introduced two new steps in the purchase process, allowing users to add extra crafting supplies and classes to their subscription bundles. I ensured these upsell opportunities were seamlessly integrated without disrupting the user experience.
Once the new flow was implemented, the results spoke for themselves Crafter saw a 28% increase in revenue, proving that a well-structured purchase journey can drive both engagement and higher sales.
This project required extensive design and user testing. I created the designs in Figma and delivered multiple iterations of functional prototypes for their team to test. In the end, we built the version that best aligned with the narrative journey Crafter wanted to take their users on.
